Multiple Properties Public Housing Waiting List

This waiting list is for Public Housing rental housing assistance in Forsyth County, North Carolina.

The Housing Authority of the City of Winston-Salem (HAWS) Public Housing waiting list for Camden Station, The Oaks at Tenth, Stoney Glen, Townview and Cleveland Avenue Homes apartments is closed.

The HAWS is accepting applications for this waiting list from the earliest confirmed date of  April 27, 2022, until May 16, 2022.

The HAWS states "Public Notice will be provided when HAWS re-opens the Waiting List for these specific communities."

During the opening period, applicants were to complete an online application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It was not known how selected applicants were placed on the waiting list.
